Customer-Specific Terms of Use:
Minimum Order: No minimum order requirement.
Payment Types & Terms: At present, we are accepting all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online and offline purchases. You must be 21 years or older to place an order at AKWholesaletx.com. We also provide an option for COD.
Shipping and Handling:
From time to time we offer free or discounted shipping on all orders of $2500 and above amount. If you are eligible for discounted rates, then AK Wholesale Distributing LLC will call you before the order is shipped. We usually offer UPS shipping methods along with delivery in local areas. Our majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after the order is processed. We do not deliver orders at P. O. Box addresses. If your order contains oversized items, then we will contact you before the order is shipped. Oversized items may cost additional shipping charges.
HAZ-MAT Charges: Orders containing lighters and other hazardous material will require additional HAZ-MAT charges. We will contact you before we ship your order to discuss the exact HAZ-MAT charges. HAZ-MAT charges will appear as a separate line on your credit card statement.
Sales Tax & Exemption: AK Wholesale Distributing LLC is required to collect sales tax in Texas-TX. Customers looking for tax exemption need to provide a valid Tax Id in order to get the tax exemption. Your first order will be charged sales tax but once you provide a TAX ID certification form found on our website you will not be charged sales tax in your next order. Sales Tax charged during your first order will be credited to your account once we receive the TAX ID exemption form. Please fill up the TAX ID exemption form and fax it to (847) 834-4267 as soon as possible. Please be sure to print your name, company name, phone number, and other contact detail properly to avoid delay.
Returns: Certain items are non-returnable, however, if you have received a damaged or defective item then we will be happy to resolve the issue. Please make sure to let us know within 48 hours of delivery at (936) 224-7946, upon confirmation we will assign you a return authorization number (RAN). You must include RAN and order invoice in the returned package. We will not be able to accept any items stamped with stickers or price marks.
Backorders: In case of backorder items, we will contact you to discuss the matter.
Shortages and Damages: Any concerns related to shortage or damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery at (936) 224-7946

Pricing: Item prices may change anytime without any notification. Sometimes manual human error might cause the wrong price, in those cases AK Wholesale Distributing LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders associated with incorrect price items. We will notify you about the incorrect price and will give you an option to place an order with the correct price.
